The Technology
All frame components are high grade, welded tubular steel and are completely sealed to keep water and moisture
out. We use a state-of-the-art Electro Dip Plating process to provide a tought protective undercoating with
greater adhesion properties, resulting in a more durable, longer lasting finish. Our automated, computer controlled,
powder coated color finishes are two to three items thicker than painted finishes.
All Grapevine Wicker is "all weather wicker" and is manufactured for outdoor use. Our wicker is machine woven for
a dense, strong weave that resists sags, stretching and distortions, keeping that authentic wicker weave look
for the life of the product. We use only exterior rated nylon with PVC wrapped individual strands. Grapevine's
all weather wicker resists mold, mildew and cracking and features fade resistant UV inhibitors.
Grapevine glass tops are safety tempered, with polished edges. All
cushions are made with heavy duty, outdoor
canvas. These are water
repellant, fire resistant and fire retardant.

Grapevine White Cedar Furniture
JR Home offers a collection of ready to paint or stain white cedar patio furniture featuring Muskoka chairs, rockers, potting benches and accessories. Muskoka chairs (also known as Adirondack chairs in the US) are contoured for comfortable seating and are perfect for outdoor seating because the armrests provide enough space to rest a beverage or food on.
We use white cedar because it has a natural resistance to water and the elements and will last for years without deterioration. In addition, it has a natural resistance to insect damage
Our furniture is sanded and kiln-dried to allow for immediate painting or staining and a superior finish. They are conveniently packaged, knocked down in strong cartons for easy handling.
