Paramount Kennedy Commercial II - Excellent Value
Excellent build quality, realistic flame with many color options to dial in the look you like, would have gotten 5 stars, but the measurements were off slightly. Website says 62" but outside finished measurements are actually 65" from outside bevel in width and 18 1/4" in height so be aware of that.

Would have given it 5 stars but we found the installation portion of the user manual was unclear and confusing.

Gorgeous Fireplace!!
Just installed an EF-WM 504 - looks fantastic with the flame pattern and heats up the room very quickly.. We are very pleased with the overall appearance and really love how it was flush mounted against a new interior brick wall. Well done JR!

Loving this Unit
We are very pleased with this unit. We surface mounted it and now feel it really needs a trim kit to cover the top and sides. Getting connected to WIFI has been a bit of a challenge but other than those two things we have been very happy with the unit. The support from JR Home's Customer Service (Tamerin specifically) has been fabulous. She knows her stuff. Thank you.

Great piece with minor imperfections
I have seen Kennedy Fireplaces in various homes and with a little research- I realized Paramount Kennedy fireplaces have access to app which not all fireplaces do- so I got it! They are nice to look at and all- But I have a few concerns and I see that there are a few dents and scratches on the siding! The app does not support latest wifi. The glass is sticking out a little bit. That Is all I noticed.. Apart from that the fireplace is beautiful.

Love this Fireplace
The Paramount Kennedy 60 inch fireplace is impressive. Installation was straight forward and controls are easy to understand. The included remote makes it easy to control and the app is a bonus. The fireplace added that special touch to our loft bedroom. We are Extremely happy with our purchase. Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
