Do NOT mount on wall
This produce is dangerous when mounted on a wall. The instructions say to mount it 36" from the ceiling due to the top element placement. This is fine except the problem I experienced is that the heat blows directly on the wall the unit is mounted to. The wall became so hot I could not hold my hand on it. It also did not heat the room well as all the heat went to the wall vs out into the room. It is a nice looking product, but dangerous when used as a wall mount heater. Response: Hi Grace. Love it!
We bought this fireplace at Menards about a month ago and I love it. We actually have a real fireplace, but can’t use it because we have pet birds. This fit perfectly right at the opening for the original fireplace. I love that I can change the colors and the look of it by changing out the stones/sticks.

Love this fireplace!
Love this fireplace! Easy to install in our existing one. All of the enjoyment without the mess, danger and loss of heat through the chimney. I have it on all of the time.

Awesome customer service here
Got this beauty at Menard's. Last one there and boy howdy am I happy with it. Have it up on the wall in our basement, and we love it. Couldn't get it going but a gal at their customer service called back! and helped me out. I have never written one of these review type things before but she was GOOD. This company should be giving this young woman a raise. I will be buying your heaters again because of her. Name of Tamerin. I will call you again if I need help, dear.

Great heater
We bought this heater as a gift for our son and he loves it. The flame display is beautiful and relaxing. The heater added the extra boost of heat that his room needed, and the fan is pretty quiet. My husband and son easily installed it on his wall in about 30 minutes. The light display started making a noise about a week ago, but the customer service department was very helpful and we think the problem will be easily fixed. If it were not for this issue, I would have given it 5 stars.

Great heater and customer service
