Hoping for a satisfactory resolution
I ordered the fireplace from Menards at the start of January, I was notified it was on backorder at the end of January. I finally received it February 25. The metal part under the glass is scratched up and one part where the screw goes to attach it to the wall is bent. Also the heat doesn't work at all. Customer service hours are during my work hours. So far I have exchanged emails with customer service but they want to set up a time to have them call. I'm not sure how to do that when I'm working during the day. If I get a resolution I'll update my review, otherwise I'm going to have to return this one and hopefully find another one the same size since my wall is framed out and finished to look like a stack stone surround. Aside from the heat not working the flame doesn't have the fake look to it which is why I decided on this one. Response: Hi Kristie. Paramount Hastings 48in Fireplace
I had been looking for an electric fireplace for a while. This fireplace was very affordable and looked great once it was installed into our custom built fireplace wall. Contacted customer service about a minor issue and received great customer service. I would recommend.

Great looking fireplace
I bought this fireplace because it had the coolest, most realistic looking flame with a lot of options. I am building it into the wall so hoping it works for the long haul. So far it looks great and pumps out a lot of heat for a very reasonable price.

Does a great job
This heater is perfect for our living room. The colors are very good. Tamerin at customer service was very understanding and took time to help an old guy out. Thumbs up to her and the company!

Electric fireplace
My brother bought me this fireplace. It is beautiful and very easy to assemble. I spoke with Tamerin at your company and she was an absolute delight so friendly so kind you need to clone her. I have been trying to give you five stars and for some reason the fifth star will not color in I don't understand it I guess it's just one of those days but do believe me you deserve five stars for this product it's absolutely wonderful.

Bedroom “chill buster”
Purchased from Menards. Easy to set up and install on wall below window. Used it first time last night to help warm coldest room in house and it did as hoped. Heating portion seemed temperamental at first, but figured it out within a couple minutes. Instructions weren’t as clear as what I needed. Looks good where it’s at and the boss is pleased with it.
