Finally a cozy TV room
The fireplace is heating our 250 sq ft TV room in the basement and the unit looks great, easy to use, the fan isn't too noisy, and it puts out great heat. Ordered Easter Sunday and it was delivered Tuesday afternoon, (exceptional delivery), and extremely well packed. So far, very happy. The body is metal although the description says full resin body.

Good product - excellent customer service.
Arrived quickly. There was an issue however with noise from the fan due to shipping to Quebec, box got a little mistreated. Small issue that the Paramount technical support team helped me resolve VERY quickly. Product is great, customer support is awesome.
