The beautiful spiral flame, encased in a tempered glass tube, patented patio heater will keep you warm with 40,000 BTU of heat. The unit comes with tip over protection that shuts the flame off if it tips. Your 20lbs propane tank (not included) stores neatly in the base and the base includes wheels to make this heater portable. Comes in your choice of Black or Bronze.

Awesome spiral flame heater
I am so happy with my purchase the flame is so beautiful, a real piece of art and the heat is awesome too! I really like the height too it is perfect, this addition is a plus plus plus to my patio!!!

Great looking heater with great heat
This is a nice looking unit. This is our second purchase of a JR Home patio heater and decided to go with the Spiral Flame heater to compliment our other heater. Looking forward to having more time with this but my brother in law has 2 of them and they do give off plenty of heat.

A Great Buy

Efficient elegant patio heater
Stylish and efficient patio heater. Easy to assemble. Spiral flames is adding a special touch to your outdoor decor. The height is perfect to diffuse heat you are at seat level. Highly recommend!

Third purchase in our family!
Purchased this in Black . My daughter has two on her patio and I loved the way the heat radiates from the side. It’s spiral flame is beautiful and mesmerizing. Well packed and fairly easy to assemble.

Amazing heater and amazing customer service.
I bought the heater because the swirling flame looks awesome in the video and it turned out to be even better than that in person. I like how low the heat deflector is when you're sitting beside the heater. The heater throws out plenty of heat on chilly nights and sitting in the morning having a coffee. Easy to set up. I had a couple of issues but was looked after from amazing staff at Jr Home. (Tamerin)

Nice Ambience
This is a stylish patio heater. We set it up in our seating area - it keeps things comfortable on the cool evenings and is nice to look at while in use. Good product and seems to be well made.

Easy build, pretty light show, and warmth for BC Coast winters.
Easy assembly (I did it last night on the deck with a flashlight). Makes a pretty flame show and gives off the heat. Not sure how long a 20lb tank will last at full blast yet but I'm happy with the purchase.

Great heater, bad care
I LOVE this heater, the flame is mesmerizing and it's keeping our patio toasty. My hubby and I are very happy with it. Marked down for the terrible customer "care" I spoke with a lady, she was incredibly rude talking over me and not answering any of my questions. Got the answers by Google which is not how I expect companies to make me do. Especially as the price is high. I had seen so many comments about the amazing service here. Terribly disappointed.

Great Service! And so far so good
I give JR Home 5 stars for service. We recently purchased an outdoor spiral flame heater from Costco. During assembly, we discovered that one of the bolt mountings in the emitter screen was missing. I notified JR Home and requested a replacement mounting. They responded immediately and we soon had a complete replacement emitter screen! We have now used the heater a couple of times on our patio. It works really well, provides comfortable heating and is good looking. We are very pleased with the product.

Great heater!
Bought this heater on black from Costco. Live the flame. Perfect height for our gazebo. We found this size warmer while sitting around than the taller one we have. Instructions have not been changed to reflect some changes but the customer service was excellent when we phoned.

Spiral flame...not just another patio heater!
Purchased at Costco in black colour. Had a minor concern re the updated ring at base of glass tube. Update not shown in assembly manual. Customer service explained the change. Unit provides plenty of heat and the glass tube acts as a sort of heat sink to increase efficiency, as well as the nice visual flame effect. Very satisfied with product and service!

Great value & very friendly customer service.
Assembling unit was a breeze with the exception of a couple of changes in the manual that didn't match the parts inside the box. One quick call to the customer service line confirmed my thoughts and I was on my way. Great value, well built & we look forward to the first chilly night on the deck.
