A Touch of Class!
What a great addition for our patio. Not good but does it provide warmth and a striking flame for night use but it it looks quite modern. The stainless finish adds to its great looks.

Nice
I had to replace my first unit because it was defective. Second one is fine. Customer service was slow to respond initially (within 10 days after 2nd prompt) but helpful and polite. Assembly was easy. Took 2:45 hrs not including the time to peel off the protective plastic covering (an additional 1/2 hr). Flame is beautiful. But glass tube cannot withstand use during cold temperatures — Heat causes it to crack
