I love it!

Great fireplace!
This fireplace is exactly what I thought it would be. Emits good amount of heat, fits perfectly in our mantle and the wood looks very real. When I first turned it on, I could hear the fan for a few minutes but it is now pretty much silent. Good purchase!

Exactly what we were looking for!
The exact thing we were looking for - size, simple, realistic fire logs, price ...... We like the fan and flame settings and the option for no heat is great! Timer is an excellent option also. It’s not loud and heats nicely. VERY satisfied. Purchased at Best Buy online.

Nice unit for non-functioning fireplace
Bought just over a month ago. Attractive, works well, nice atmosphere but heat is not great. Had a little trouble with the remote but taken care of by Paramount (JR/Home).

Happy with our purchase
We just installed the insert today and are very happy with it. Realistic looking flames, quiet, and looks great. The battery in the remote had to be replaced before it would work but it’s all good now.

Great buy!
Such a great fireplace! Put this into a my cabinet set below my tv in the basement and it's a perfect addition to my basement and helps with that basement chill! Especially in the cooler months!

A great fireplace insert at a great price!
This fireplace insert looks perfect in my wooden cabinet and does a great job of providing supplementary heat to our 300 square foot living room. I love the remote which can easily turn on the unit, adjust the flame brightness and heat level.

Nice for the money
Excellent quality. Very quiet. Had a noise at first but was able to move a wire that had shifted during shipment and was rubbing on the light deflector. Customer service advised how to get at it. Flame could be brighter but it is okay.

Awesome Electric Fireplace Insert 28" EF-128-5
Wow, we received this unit by Purolator. very good packing. We opened and very carefully inserted. And very excited and loud cheer to see how smoothly it settle down. it become part of that old area. the corner black surrounding is made so perfectly that complete stone platform shinning with the presence of this fireplace inserter. When we click and switch on there are 3 levels of brightness in flame. Guys don't miss this item it is a perfect match of any living room. I strongly suggest if you guys required 28" measurement fireplace insert please be hurry before this product out of stock. Best of luck.

Looks Great
Fit like a glove into our old fireplace and everything worked beautifully except we had no lights. Took it out opened the back and screwed the bulbs in tight. Plugged it in to be sure that was the problem and everything now worked perfectly. Slipped it back into the fireplace. Love it. Quiet operation. Looks great.

Just like the fireplace channel, but saves propane
It fits our fire place nicely in our old farmhouse. Our landlords bought it for us so we can save propane. We use it every day during the cold months so we can enjoy family time in warmth. Our 8 year old says "...it's just like the fireplace channel!"

Replacement Fireplace
We are very happy with our new fireplace. It was delivered far ahead of the projected date, and in perfect condition. It is just what we needed to replace our old unit. It has much better flame and heat than the old one.

Very pleased
My dining room was a cold area of the house that we couldn’t wait to finish meals . I bought the Paramount electrical insert for that room. It has brought life to that room, the room is a dwelling place now for conversation and longer dining. The display is spectacular, and the heat that it produces keeps the entire room and area warm and comfortable. I am happy with the purchase, would definitely recommend it to my friends.

A great product for this price...highly recommend!
Replaced our old gas fireplace with this unit...exactly what we were looking for. Very quiet operation and heats our 400 sq ft room quite nicely. Came extremely well packed and insertion was very simple. Love the multiple flame colour choices. A great addition to our room. Highly recommend his product.
