Love Our Fireplace
So glad we purchased this fireplace. The flames look real and provide a nice, relaxing ambiance to our living room. It is best to install using two people as the fireplace is on the heavy side. The heater does have a fan but the noise level is minimal.Very happy with our purchase!

hope the second works better then the first
Bought this unit from wayfair, started off good and 2 weeks in the heater quit workin. wayfair replaced the original, hopefully the second lasts a little longer

Quality Piece
Our fireplace arrived ahead of schedule in a very protective 2 layer cardboard container. We elected to mounted ours on the wall and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Other than basic hand tools all parts to complete the installation were included. Many color adjustments for flame and coals allowed us to taylor them to our liking and interior. Heater works well on both Hi & Lo and the fan is relatively quiet. All in all we're happy with our choice and look forward to many years enjoyment with our new electric fireplace. Thanks Paramount.

Lo power for the win
So far, so good. The fan was quiet at first; over a few days of use it has gotten a little noisier. Still not too bad, but more noticeable than my old cabinet-encased unit. But it came packaged very well, in double layers of heavy cardboard and foam blocks. When setting it up I was very impressed by how smoothly everything fit together. It just seems to be machined well. Since the 42” does feel a bit big for my space, I can’t neglect to mention the one thing that really won me over to buy this particular unit over another, smaller one: the dual power settings. Being able to run it at less than 6 amps has made ALL the difference to this previously near-to-overloaded old-house circuit! It runs more often when on Lo, but it’s keeping a basement bedroom cozy without having to worry about whether the computer and printer are also on. That’s been an issue for literally years with a 12.5 amp unit. So thank you for that, Mirage!!

Great Product | Resonably Priced
I picked this up from Menards for $250. Well worth the price compared to some of the other ones that I was looking at. I mounted it on a black ship lap wall and it was very quick to install and get operational. I haven't had to use the heat yet, but the flames/colors are looking so good in my basement. I'm hoping this winter will be much warmer down here!

Good product and value
The unit looks very clean and is a good fit for our space. The heater works well but doesn’t pump out as much heat as others we’re used (this might be expected for a more aesthetic product like an electric fireplace over a pure heating unit). The fan can be heard when running but isn’t overly noisy. Overall seems to be a good product for a good price and we are satisfied!

Great fireplace! Missing remote
Picked up this fireplace, it's everything I hoped it would be and I am very happy. I did a lot of research on fireplaces before deciding on this one. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the box was missing the remote and it sure would be nice to have one.

Great looks, but has thermostat issues.
Looks great in our space. Good selection of color settings for flame and ambient light. Heater seems to work well on both setting. The issue is the thermostat is all over the place. It consistently reads 80 degrees when the ambient temperature is 70. The heater does not come on by itself because of this, so you have to turn the desired temp to over 80 to get the heat to kick in. Will be reaching out to customer service and will update pending the outcome.

Looks great on the wall
The user / installation manual was complete and easy to follow. My order was missing the remote and mounting hardware. Your customer service was very supportive. The product looks good and works fine from the controls on the front panel.
