Great product

Great For First Time
Took about an hour to get setup including unpacking. Very well packed and no shipping damage. Used for the first time this week and was easy to start. Worked great.

Warm, sturdy and priceworthy
Just started using this patio heater and it is very warm without having heat escape upwards. The mocha colour is great too.

Great Heater!
Bought this heater and it is all we could ask for. Really makes sitting outside on our patio comfortable on those chillier nights. Very easy to set up, great instructions. Seems very sturdy and well made. Also easy to move around as it is on wheels. Would highly recommend!

Best Heater for the Price
Bought this heater for fall 2020 and could not be happier. Assembly was quick (less than 1 hr) and easy. Heater looks great and covers most of my deck. I am happy with my purchase.

Easy to assemble - works on first try
Very easy to assemble - hardest part was ripping off all the protective plastic from the stainless steel pieces! Took about an hour to put together and lit up on the first try. Looking forward to using it to keep warm outside on cool evenings.

Great Heater
I just got this item delivered last week, and I was thrilled to be able to get one. Assembly was really easy. The instructions were easy to understand, and I had no problems at all. Once assembled, I attached a propane tank. The electric spark starter worked prefectly, and the heater fired up on the first try. This unit gives lots of warmth, and I am looking forward to getting more use out of my deck in cooler weather.

Great heater
Bought this heater to open up patio this winter for family get togethers outside. It keeps the area nice and warm. I have to say the I’ve assembled many purchases but this was the smoothest assembly I’ve ever done. The instructions were detailed and the nuts and bolts were perfectly shrink wrapped and labeled to make the job easy. Good job

Very good value all around.
Highly recommend. High quality, extremely easy to assemble, worked on first ignition. Also very easy to move around with the attached wheels, even with the propane tank in. Very good value for the money.

Easy to assemble, great heat
We ordered this item a few weeks ago as a way to have more outdoor space during covid. It was pretty easy to assemble, my teenager and I took about 30-40 minutes and it's been great since. awesome to use when out barbequing as well!

Excellent Heater, easy to assemble and use!
I received my outdoor heater on December 12th and it took me less than an hour to assemble it. I have it on our porch and it looks great and heats our sitting area very well. That afternoon it snowed so It was wonderful to sit on the porch with a cup of Christmas Cheer and enjoy the snowflakes as they made their way to the ground, all the while being toasty and warm. Bring on the winter...!!!

Great heater
I purchased the black and stainless version of this heater. It was easy to assemble and use. Even in the winter weather it provided enough heat to allow us to sit outside comfortably for hours.

Nous avons acheté la version bronze et acier inoxydable de ce chauffe-terrasse. Très bon achat par Costco.ca, nous sommes pleinement satisfaits! Bonne qualité, bonne chaleur radiante qui réchauffe même en hiver, nous permettant de passer d'agréables après-midi à l'extérieur. Bien emballé pour la livraison et assemblage facile.

Should Have Bought It Earlier.
Received delivery of the heater recently & assembled it. Instructions we easy to use & assembly did not take long. Unit works perfectly & had some neighbours over on the patio & all were warm & impressed with its operation.

Don't follow the directions on the tag hanging on the igniter
I bought this heater for use on my second story porch. It seems to work ok. The slightest of winds certainly reduces its efficiency. However, my unit came with an attached orange (with yellow (!) text) tag on the igniter that instructed the required AAA battery to installed "prior to use with the negative (-) anode facing out." This is NOT correct: the negative pole goes IN. Didn't work until we figured this out. As a matter of fact, much later, we saw the cap on the igniter embossed with the correct orientation for the battery.

Very pleased on initial purchase and first use
Back in stock for early Ontario patio season. Placed order and paid on March 11 online and received confirmation that order was processed. Online noted order submitted but did not indicate delivery eta and didn't realize it was shipping from Vancouver. $70 shipping via UPS. I followed up a few times and did get response from customer service but it took a few attempts to get confirmed shipping and ETA. It arrived on the date given March 24 . Set up 1 hour as I pre read the instructions and ensured all items were packed. All good and started up with one click. Used first time yesterday and found it warmed up a area about 4' around the unit. Outside temp was only 10 degrees C . I believe it will warm a little more with temps around 12-15 on cool spring days, summer nights. Good value for the money at $289. Also purchased the cover - good quality material that I expect should protect the starter and other parts to extend the life of the unit.
