Amazing Product
I purchased The Hastings 48" fireplace about a week ago! It's not only a beautiful addition to my Tiki Bar it's starting to get chilly and this puts out enough heat to make our deck nice and toasty warm! I called with a question on installing the pebbles and customer service was Simply Amazing! I'll definitely be looking at other products! Thanks!!!

Check before installation
Bought our first Hastings fireplace a year ago, loved it, so purchased another one about a month ago. Had fireplace mounted on the wall before attempting to take screws out that hold front glass panel in place (screws would turn but would not tighten or loosen). Took fireplace down, returned it, ordered new one. Checked to be sure we could get screws out before mounting second fireplace, one side came out easily, other took a lot of work. Some sort of defect with the front glass panel screws, hopefully company will check it out...real pain. Sorry you had this trouble. Our QC team appreciates your feedback and is reviewing the issue.

Love this fireplace!
This fireplace is the perfect addition to our home theater. It heats up the space quickly and the fan is quiet. We also love all the color options and being able to dim the flames when watching movies.
