Patio Heater - Day 1
Received heater within 3 days of order from Costco. Assembly was easy. Kicks out some good heat. Made the cool evening on the deck more enjoyable.

Beautiful design and really warm!
This is the first patio heater we have ever bought. It is a beautiful design, was easy to assemble, the propane tank hooks up easily and is nicely enclosed. We like the nice touch of the subtle lighting the bottom portion emits. The heater has 3 settings, the lowest setting is pretty warm, we haven't used the highest setting yet.

Great Patio Heater
This was our first patio heater. Works great so far & heats up the surrounding area perfectly. We ordered this online through Costco & it was back ordered so we received it after a month but it was worth the wait.

Nice Heater. BUT
Product is well built, looks great, works fine. Packing was terrible. Cheap not environmentally good styrofoam, broken throughout, made a big mess all over the deck. Instructions and diagrams not great. The top, made of 5 pieces that had to be assembled came coated in blue plastic on all sides and was impossible to remove. Especially when they apply the plastic, then insert the non removable bolts. So now there blue pieces under 8 bolts visible when seated. Metal top will get dirty with use, and the top surface will never bee seen. The plastic was unnecessary. The led light strips which have 2 way tape... Seems the assemblers pealed the tape and just placed it on the metal because NONE of it was attached, we had to line it up and press it into position - AFTER we first had to use tweezers to get the small pieces of styrofoam stuck to it.

Patio Heaters
Bought two of these units through COSTCO. Delivery was quick. Lots of broken styrofoam in the box which made a mess unpacking. Disappointed that these units will not fit a 30 lb propane tank. Another 1/2 inch in design would allow this. The inside of the two tubes connecting the base to the torch both have visible rust inside, so not sure the coating is top notch. The doors do not line up the greatest making them a bit of a pain to open and close. Positive note, lots of heat and visually pleasing.

Excellent Product...
I purchased this item May 23, 2022. I received it within 2 days. assembled easy and works really well. JR Home Customer Service is amazing. Best Customer Service I have received in a long time. Very delighted with my purchase. Happy to know there are covers available. Only thing missing is a heat reflector made specifically for this product. Happy Customer... Thank you.
