Very good
This fireplace is perfect for our small space. The instructions were easy to understand and assembly was fairly easy. The glass rocks make it pretty and it gives a fair amount of heat for our space. I would recommend this item.

Beautiful Fire table with good quality
Bought this Beautiful Fire table with good quality from Costco. A great way to spend family time together. My kids love it. Easy to use .5 people can easily sit around and can get proper heat. Also what makes it best is their excellent customer service, Mandy from their customer service is very professional, knowledgeable and helpful as it’s important to know how to use it safely as it is our 1 fire table. So it’s worth the money

Paramount Oval Fire Pit
Purchased my Paramount oval fire pit at Menards. Put together easily. Converted to natural gas. Called customer service twice to verify hook up and starting. Customer service was great! Looks great and so far works great. Cant wait for it to get cooler out to use it more. My only complaint is the door knob is a little tricky for me but getting the hang of it. I love this fire pit and so glad I bought it!

So far so good.
The packaging was excellent and the parts well protected. Once I "finally" located the directions everything went pretty smoothly as far as the assembly. I was surprised that the burner is not to be attached or bolted in and queried your customer service about same. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and also gave me advice about cleaning the burner periodically. We haven't really had a chance to use it as yet so I am only giving a "4", but it started right up after assembly and the heat seemed adequate. So far so good.

Great look and great customer service
I bought this fire table from Costco and am pleased with it so far. It came in with a few paint chips, but customer service was great and offered to replace the parts. I have started up the table and it looks very good. It is a nice looking table.

Very Enjoyable
This is our first firepit. We bought it from Costco. We found it easy to assemble. We purchased a natural gas hose and used the enclosed conversion kit to convert to NG. That was straight forward and easy. Our only difficulty was the starting instructions were not clear. When we could not get it to start we called customer service and spoke to Tamerin, who was very helpful. She explained it is necessary to press and hold the burner control knob during ignition. With these instructions we have been able to start and enjoy our new firepit.

Very pleased
We bought this unit from Costco. It was fairly easy to assemble. We bought a natural gas hose (not included) and used the included conversion kit to convert to NG. The conversion was straight-forward and easy. Our only concern was the unit would not light. We called customer service and spoke to Tamerin, who was very helpful. She explained it is necessary to press and hold the burner control knob during ignition. We are now able to enjoy our firepit.

Love it !
A perfect blend of beauty and utility. This fire table is just an amazing addition to our patio. Easy to assemble and light to move around as required. The centre cover is a stroke of genius as the full surface can be used for snacks and drinks. 5 star !
