Ava & Olivia's colourful fireplace
Hi, Thank you so much for this beautiful fireplace. The best part of this fireplace is the beautiful vibrant colours that my daughters LOVE to see in the flames and the amber. This fireplace will be enjoyed just under our big TV in our family room in the basement..., just Gorgeous!!!..., and a special Thank you to Tamerin for ALL the great information that she gave us to give us the insight on buying this fireplace, always a pleasure to speak to...., Thanks again....

Frustrated
We purchased this for our basement for after renovations. We only had it on 3 times just to show family members what it looked like. It is out of warranty with Lowe’s now but there is an error code that looks like UL3. Anyone know what this is?
