1.    Scope

The jrhome.com shipping policy only applies to orders directly placed through www.jrhome.com.

 2.    Order Processing

All ‘in stock’ orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receipt.

If you have ordered product that is back ordered your order will be processed when inventory is available. Your credit card will not be charged until item has shipped.

 3.    Shipping Rates and Duration

Shipping charges and shipping duration is based on delivery location, stock location and shipping method selected at checkout. JR Home primary shipping method is Fedex Ground. Delivery date is advised by carrier.

 4.    International Shipping

JR Home ships to Canada and continental USA only.

 5.    Shipment Notification

Customers will receive an email shipping notification, including a tracking number (if applicable) when order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 6.    Order Status

If you have created an account with jrhome.com using the same email as used to place the order you can see the status of your order on your ‘My Account’ page (“Login”, top right of jrhome.com. After login click “Welcome – <your name> / Purchase History.)

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping notification, please contact customercare@jrhome.com with your name, email used to place order and order number.

For all other matters related to orders please email customercare@jrhome.com, in response you will receive a Case Number. Please quote this case number on all subsequent communications. Cases are attended to in the order they are received. Response time is contingent on case volume at any point in time.
