At JR Home, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.

Items must be:

• In new, unused condition
• In the original packaging
• Complete with all manuals, parts, and components
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Fees & Shipping

• A 15% restocking fee applies to opened items.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
• If the item is defective, we’ll cover the return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

• Glass, fuses, and light bulbs are not covered under warranty and cannot be returned.
• Clearance items are final sale, but the standard product warranty still applies.
