Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product you have purchased, we will gladly give you a full refund (excludes certain items described below) Requests for return must be made within 30 days of the original date of purchase. All returns must have proof of purchase, be in their original packaging, include all applicable components/manuals/parts, and be in new condition. A 15% restocking fee for any opened items will be applied. Please note that return shipping charges are non-refundable. Glass, fuses, and light bulbs are not covered under warranty. No returns will be accepted on glass tubes or light bulbs. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it is defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
