Customer service
Beautiful fireplace works well the customer service is exceptional Muminder was very helpful and I spoke with Cory on occasion he was also very helpful. Would strongly suggest that they put in Manuel to slide glass up and out, it took me a long time to figure this out when setting up the fireplace

Very nice, but a couple issues for me... neither were dealbreakers
Great looking product, looks high-end, not cheap. Parts feel sturdy not cheap either. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Two issues - one is personal taste. I would have liked one setting that is 'natural'. Orange flame, red/orange embers. But the orange flame has blue/purple ember lighting. Looks nice, and I am okay with it - but I just prefer a natural setting. This is personal preference. My disappointing issue is that I cannot flush mount it in front of a plug, as you would a flat TV. if you hang it on a wall you cannot use an outlet behind the unit as there is no cavity in the back to accommodate the plug in the outlet. Perhaps this is for safety. I just wish I had been told/figured that out before I hung it and realized it would not work. It is now on the floor stands (provided) which is fine but not what I wanted. Finally, I just plugged it in, so I cannot comment on how long it lasts.

Very satisfied
I'm very satisfied with my purchase. I appreciated that the instruction manual was available online on the store's website before purchasing and that the fireplace is not too heavy and not too noisy. I also think that it is a brilliant idea from the manufacturer to have put holes 16 inches apart on the top mounting bracket so the fireplace could be easily fixed on the wallstuds. I would have liked a bit more decorative crystals and that the electric cord be more discreet (light gray instead of black) because my fireplace is hung quite high on the wall. The flame and embers colors could be improved to offer more natural choices.

Basement Fire Place
We are very satisfied with our ActiveFlame Mirage 2. It nicely heats up our basement suite. It is easy to operate and attractive to display. We found the customer service department to be very helpful.
