Great looking fireplace
Unit was easy to install, and is very good quality. Unit has a sleek look which is desirable. There are multiple selections of flame colors. I recommend this product.

Nice fireplace
Very nice fireplace, so easy to install except for the crystals and logs...not much room to arrange them. Had an issue with the heater but hopefully it's just the remote. We are waiting on a new one.

Beautiful and easy to install
Fireplace is beautiful, quiet operating and easy to install. I recesssed this unit and instructions were easy to follow. It came with both crystals and logs - the flames are very real looking and has many different colours and features. I would purchase this product again.

Awesome fireplace!

Bon rapport qualité - prix
Nous sommes vraiment satisfait de notre achat. Nous étions à la recherche d'un tel foyer depuis plus d'un an. C'est à s'y méprendre, il imite vraiment le foyer au gaz, c'est un bon rapport qualité - prix.

Clean lines and real look!
I just installed my new fireplace and I am really enjoying it. The look is as close to a real fire I have seen for an electric fireplace, it runs quiet and puts out good heat! Highly recommended.

Heat
We Love the look of the Fireplace, however We seem to be having trouble getting it to blow more heat, even when on high. Anyone with any tips?

Nice product and would recommend it to friends.
We purchased this fireplace because of the realistic flame and that it is recessed in the wall. The heater is whisper quiet. We are very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to any one.

Just beautiful!
Great looking fireplace! After reading all the reviews, we decided on this model and can’t wait to start using it. Customer service has been awesome in regards to any questions we’ve had to date. We didn’t realize that the 55 inch we purchased was really like a 50 inch but it all worked out well.

It’s ok but not worth the price
Easy to install and set up but the heater actually does not run quiet and I notice like black things that dangle when the fire goes which seems to be more noticeable than the flame.

Kennedy II 50"
I installed the Kennedy II 50" in my living room and I like it. It is very nice and adds a modern touch to the room. My neighbours saw it and several are considering renovating and including a fireplace.

Good Fireplace
This fireplace is good. Looks really nice addition to the room. It's fairly easy to install and looks good with different flame color options as well as a nice mobile app to control or set schedule. I would be really happy with two additional things to make it 5 stars i.e. higher flame height and bit more depth to make it a masterpiece.

Spectacular company
This review is specifically for one of your employees. I called needing help with an old insert my mother bought from you. Not only did she talk me through what to do, but spoke to me with compassion and caring. I bought this instead due to the absolute brilliance of Tamerin. I would likely not have bought another from you, but she was so passionate and enthusiastic about the Kennedy, I decided why not? I am very happy with this fireplace, and I KNOW if there are problems she will help. You have gold in this young woman.
