Great little fireplace!
I purchased this fireplace as a supplemental heat source to our furnace. As the days get chilly, I find that this fireplace does a very nice job on the cooler days and keeps my furnace from running. I mounted this unit in my built in tv cabinet and it fits and looks awesome. The choices for the flame styles/colors make it difficult to pick one as they are all really quite nice. I was worried about noise from the fan making it difficult to hear the tv but that is not the case. The fan is extremely quiet and does not drown out the tv volume. Overall we are extremely pleased with our new fireplace. It heats well and looks nice in our home. Thanks for the great product!

Great product!
We bought this fireplace as supplemental heat for our furnace and to use during these cooler days of the fall season. We installed the fireplace in our built in tv stand and we couldn’t be happier! The unit looks amazing and and with the abundance of flame color choices, we can change the ambiance of the room to suit our mood. We were concerned the fan noise may impact the ability to hear the tv but the motor is whisper quiet and doesn’t impact the sound level of the tv. We are quite happy with this purchase and love to just sit and watch the fireplace every evening.

Cozy fireplace in the basement
I purchase this unit to add an additional heat source to our basement on cold days. The unit is very efficient and heats the basement area nicely. The unit is very attractive with all of the various colour selections and potential log/crystal variations. I have done a recessed installation and it looks very nice. I had to remove the back lights but that was OK. Very nice product.

Thermostat issue
This is a really beautiful unit that I have had professionally installed fully recessed into a wall in my basement. Unfortunately, the thermostat overheats quickly and shuts off the unit before the room is warm. I can only get the heat to work for 5 minutes before the thermostat registers 30 degrees. Meanwhile, the room temperature is 20 degrees. Response: Thank you for your feedback. Beautiful fireplace, but thermostat is poor
Beautiful fireplace, but I am having an issue with the thermostat. It heats up too quickly and shuts off the heater after 5 minutes even though the room is still very cool.
