Great quiet and realistic unit for the price
Just purchased this unit fom Home Depot. Very happy with the noise level and customization options on the flame. The only option not available is the ability to close the flames but leave the background lower light on the acrylic crystal rocks. (you can close that light and only have the flames on though). I wall mounted my unit and it was very simple. I did notice that the top of the unit gets very hot quickly (as noted by the yellow caution stickers attached). Where that is concerning however is in the event that I decide to created a recess box in the wall to house the unit for a cleaner finish. I'd have to contact support before doing that but there is nothing I noted in the manual that addresses that (ex fire rated sheet rock surround within build out box). Overall, very satisfied but I'll have a better sense of things after this winter. Cheers

Excellent choice, realistic flames
We just purchased this electric fireplace after much research and comparison-shopping. We made an excellent choice! We built a tiled wall for it and installed it ourselves, the installation was relatively simple, and it looks beautiful. The flames are very realistic and the heater gives just enough warmth for our living room. It is nice to be able to have the flames on without the heater as well. We love it, very happy with it!

Quality Product
We only tried the fireplace out for a few hours when we received it because our installation isn't finished yet, but so far WOW! The flames are so realistic and the heat is impressive. The materials used seem to be of very high quality, no flimsy metal...very happy with our purchase.

A Welcomed Christmas Gift!!!!
This fireplace is a Christmas gift to my family. I am happy to say that everyone is enjoying it. It is situated in the basement, which tends to be cold during the winter months and it is providing an abundance of heat and ambiance for the space. My children helped to set it up and we are enjoying this addition to our living space!!!!

Pretty display, easy to install.
Purchased from Costco May 2022. Looks really good, puts out a lot of heat. It is really pretty. Only been installed for a few days, so far so good.

So excited for my new fireplace!
Purchased this electric fireplace after much research and comparison-shopping and couldn't be happier with my choice! The flames are very realistic and the heater gives just enough warmth for my basement living area. The flames are so realistic and it’s nice to be able to have the flames on without the heater for the ambiance. Beautiful…I love it!

Quality modern fireplace
We purchased this fireplace from Costco. Installation (wall mounted) of the unit was quite simple. We are happy with the noise level and customization options. The heater gives enough warmth for our basement recreational room which is 320 sq ft big. It is nice to be able to have the flames on without the heater as well.

Awesome Fireplace!
This fireplace was a Christmas gift from our family. We are really enjoying it and the kids set it up for us downstairs in our family room. It looks so good and throws off a lot of heat. I sometimes find myself looking at the realistic flames instead of watching the TV. We love it so much we have ordered the next size for our living room.

Great Fireplace for a Great Price ! Excellent support !
We live in Oshawa and just received our Kennedy II 42. I have unboxed it and powered it on. Looks great so far and everything works except I have a problem connecting the phone app. We purchased it from Costco online and the price there was one of the lowest we had found. Delivery was very fast. The unit is packed really well - no damage. I had a few questions and contacted customer service. They answered all of my questions and she even offered some tips. One of the reasons we purchased this instead of a more expensive brand was the price and availability of parts and support. It was nice to talk to a real person in BC where JR Home is located. I found out that JR Home is a local Canadian importer.

Excellent addition to our living room
