I love the our new curved fireplace
We have had this heater about 12 days and have thoroughly enjoyed it. I love the 3 dimensional look of the fireplace and the fact you can change the flame colors at anytime. I really like the fact there is a Thermostat on the heater with a remote. We just set back and enjoy. I will definitely recommend this heater to my friends and family.

From a builders perspective
As a builder, this unit is a perfect blend of not being too big, wide, deep to fit into most decors of the homes i build. Great quality and price.

A Quick, Easy, inexpensive, room transformation.
I love my 36" Paramount Electric Fireplace. Once I saw one at a friends house, I knew I had to have one too. It turns a regular ordinary room into a comfortable cozy, warm feeling, intimate and inviting space. The unit is a clean, contemporary design and you can't tell the difference between a gas or wood fireplace. It is quick and easy to install. You get instant transformational ambience without the expense and clean-up. I have my fireplace on almost all of the time year round. Heat is and option with the flip of a switch. The Paramount Fireplace was all the remodeling I had to do. I highly recommend this to anyone interested in improving the feel and look of any room.

The perfect solution!
I am extremely happy with my 36 " Paramount electric fireplace. It is quick and easy to turn an ordinary room into a warm, cozy, comfortable room. The fireplace has a rich clean design. It operates and looks just like a gas or wood fireplace without the hassle or expense. I run my fireplace all of the time when I'm home for the ambience all year round. What a wonderful difference the Paramount fireplace has made to our home.

A dream to set up and install!
Love the ease and comfort of the installation and set up. So far so good. Haven't had it very long so, I'll be able to give a more in depth review later.

Best value I could find
Purchased this Hastings 36-inch electric fireplace to replace a different brand that lasted six years. This new one was super easy to install and heats up quickly. I love that the heat comes straight out the front rather than the top or bottom. Looks great with lots of different color options.

Great Product, Great Service!
We purchased a Paramount Electric fireplace from Menards a few days ago. I wanted to make sure we had the correct one, because we wanted an insert style. So, I contacted Customer Service on their 800 number. I had the pleasure of talking with Tamerin, who was very courteous and very helpful. Tamerin has a very positive attitude and walked me through every question I had. Thank you Tamerin, for being so nice and understanding with me! Very Nice Heater
We installed this heater (floor standing) in our 14'x14' sunroom. It supplies plenty of heat and we really like the various flame and backlight ambience options. We feel the price was quite reasonable (Menards) for this unit.

Just perfect
My wife and I have been on the lookout for a nice fireplace to install in our living room, and it's perfect. Easy installation, and not too big it's perfect! Instructions are pretty easy to follow. Definitely recommend.

A good fit for my wife's scrapbook area.
I've been looking for an electric fireplace with front heat and realistic flames for a few years. We purchased this and are very satisfied so far. The two screws for holding the front panel are in a difficult location but other than that it is exceeding our expectations. If the kids were younger, we would mount it high to prevent them from touching heating vent.

Everything you could ask for!
This 36" fireplace is absolutely awesome! It's the perfect size and has every feature I could think of for a fireplace like this, with the exception of the sound of a crackling fire. 🔥 There are so many options for color of the flames as well as the backlighting. As with some other reviews, one of the reasons we chose this unit is because of the front vents. We preferred the heat coming from the front of the heater instead of the top. There are so many ways you can adjust this fireplace to your liking (heat on or off, multiple flame color and backlight choices, intensity of the flame color, backlighting on or off, timer mode, etc) that you are sure to find just what you're looking for or for whatever mood you're in. We are very excited about our new purchase!
