The beautiful spiral flame, encased in a tempered glass tube, patented patio heater will keep you warm with 40,000 BTU of heat. The unit comes with tip over protection that shuts the flame off if it tips. Your 20lbs propane tank (not included) stores neatly in the base and the base includes wheels to make this heater portable. Comes in your choice of Black or Bronze.

I received my Venturi spiral flame heater purchased from Costco.ca and I am very pleased by it, It gives a lot of warmth and the flame is absolutely beautiful! 100% satisfied, so happy with my purchase

Looks great on our patio and looking forward to using it in the cooler evenings
We ordered this from a retailer - came quickly. Unit is easy to put together (make sure you follow instructions). Our reflectors was slightly damaged in the box and when we called customer service they were happy to help out. Great service.

A great heater

Easy to assemble & very beautiful compared to a lot of outdoor heaters. Excellent customer service. The company truly cares about their customers satisfaction. When I called they were able to give me tips for assembly & tips to extend the life of my heater. Thank you x1000!

Just bought this nice little heater for our patio bar. Packaging was great and it was easy to assemble. I thought there was a part missing (it was not) so called customer care. What a pleasant experience! I was given a little extra bonus with some care and safety tips.

Beautiful unit
Very nice unit, we purchased it because of the low height which fits in our open on all sides veranda and leaves ample space between the unit and the roof. Love the ambiance that the swirling flame emits, makes the room cozy.

Spiral patio heater
Just bought this heater. Easy to put together. Manual out of date for a couple of steps. There is no longer a black rubber gasket, it's a white gasket now. KK and LL bolts are now GG and HH.

This is exactly what we were looking for !
Very nice. we just bought this from Costco and finally a patio heater we like. It's not too high which is perfect as we are placing it to warm us up under our cedar gazebo. Since the Gazebo is in full wood we wanted something that does not get close to the wood and this is perfect. Since it's low in profile it's perfect for when we are sitting at the table having a dinner, game night or Wine at night ! It was easy and fast to assemble. easy to turn on and on top of it, it look beautiful with the spiral effect.

A Good Heater, a little difficult to set up
Overall, a very good heater. It heats well and the flame makes a nice spiral climbing up the glass tube. Setting up was a little complicated. All the parts were there and fit together nicely, but some of the instructions called for the wrong part # (eg. Instruction 4, saying to use parts LL and KK instead of the actual parts GG and HH). It took about 2 hours to set up (more than the 30 minutes identified in instructions)

The product looks great and was easy to assemble. The only issue was the Nader cover came broken in shipping. Called their customer care and spoke with Tamerin and she was excellent in dealing with it and arranging for a new igniter button to be shipped out.

Why, from Costco easy to symbol looks great. The only issue was the Nader button was shipped broken spoke to Tamerin in customer service and then she arranged for noon to be shipped out without any issues. She was a pleasure to deal with.

Potential Is There -- Instructions Needs Updating
Got this product on sale at Costco, at a substantial discount to other retailers in my city. Instructions were straight-forward, but could use some updates (e.g., Cap Nut is referred to as KK in the instructions, but the packaging list shows them as GG; instructions refers to a black rubber gasket for the glass insert, but it's actually a white flame-resistant rope). Will test the efficiency of the heater once the weather smartens up.

The look and size is perfect for my deck.
Easy to assemble and looks great. The smaller size is perfect, had a larger one that doesn’t work for my deck so this is a great replacement. Looking forward to trying it out!

Love the heat, love the look
We purchased this beautiful spiral heater at Costco. It took about an hour to set up but that's because we had a newer model with the old instruction manual. The manual referred to a seal that wasn't there. After speaking with Tamarin in customer service, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product by the way, we were able to complete the assembling. We look forward to using the heater on our pool deck this summer and it's nice to have it on wheels so we can easily roll it into our sunroom for the cooler days.
